Fairmount Water Works
A multi-million dollar restoration has returned the Fairmount Water Works to its 1860s Greek Revival splendor. The facility, which overlooks the Schuylkill River, houses an interpretive center and an upscale restaurant. Ironically, its neighbor is the ultra-modern Cira Centre.
